Meet Jenny Reed

Therapist | Guide | Self-Concept & Identity Curator

Every great story has a turning point—a moment when the protagonist decides they’re ready to evolve, to step into the fullness of their potential. You’re at that moment now.

I specialize in post-traumatic growth, identity creation, and redefining relationship with self. Whether you’re looking for focused, deep-dive sessions or ongoing support, I provide a structured path for you to move beyond past limitations and into a future designed with clarity, confidence, and purpose.

Therapy with me is an expansive, co-creative process. You’re not just healing—you’re actively shaping the main character of your story.

You’re in the Right Place for Healing and Growth

Every great story begins with self-discovery—but this time, you’re not just the protagonist, you’re the author. Let’s turn the page, write a new chapter, and step into an identity that is intentionally, powerfully yours.

Wholeness is not achieved by cutting off a portion of one’s being, but by integration of the contraries.
— Carl Jung

The Experience and Training Behind My Approach

Welcome! I’m Jenny Reed, a mental health therapist dedicated to helping you heal, transform, and thrive. My practice is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep commitment to guiding others through their healing journeys.

I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye-movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) to support you in releasing trauma, connecting with your Self, and experiencing lasting healing. This integrative approach honors that healing is not one-size-fits-all—it’s a deeply personal, sacred process of honoring all parts of you and empowering you to find your own path to wholeness.

My own healing journey has been deeply supported by the transformative power of psychedelics, which have been instrumental in my healing from C-PTSD. I’m passionate about reducing the shame and stigma surrounding their therapeutic use and creating a space where healing is safe, supported, and free of judgment.

This commitment is rooted in my personal growth—owning every part of myself, even the parts I once felt ashamed of. I believe true healing and freedom come from embracing all of who we are with love and compassion.

And while I’ve come so far, I want to be clear: I am still on this path. I continue to do this work in my own life, because I believe healing is never fully “done.” It’s a lifelong relationship with ourselves—a deepening, a softening, an unfolding.

Healing is possible. Wholeness is your birthright. And you are not alone.
